Residential Drafting
& Design
Bercaw Residential Design & IT Services has over 20 years of experience in residential drafting and design.
We prepare detailed construction drawings for permit submittal, including foundation, floor framing, roof framing, elevations, and sections.
All drawings are fully dimensioned and code-compliant. A licensed structural engineer is always required for final sizing and review. Engineering services are arranged separately by the client.
We can draw shop drawings or any other technical drawing that you may need. If you can dream it, we can draw it!
CAD Management
Bercaw Residential Design & IT Services brings over 20 years of experience in CAD management for residential architecture and drafting teams.
We build and maintain CAD standards including templates, detail libraries, layering systems, and custom LISP routines to streamline workflow for all AutoCAD users.
Using AI-assisted tools, we can develop lightweight customizations for AutoCAD and other drafting platforms to improve performance and consistency.
BRDIT also provides remote installation and configuration of CAD workstations — including home or hybrid setups. All work is performed after 5:00 PM on weekdays or on weekends to ensure your workflow remains uninterrupted.
IT Services
Bercaw Residential Design & IT Services offers targeted technical administration and end-user support for workstations in secure or distributed environments.
We specialize in Windows workstation imaging and management, domain account setup, Group Policy configuration, Microsoft 365 administration, and endpoint compliance — including secure deployment practices for PCI DSS environments.
